A guia de receita, em modelo impresso, continha a seguinte informação: número da guia, quantias recebidas pelo irmão tesoureiro respeitantes às verbas provenientes do rendimento da fábrica, do peditório para a cera, entre outros (que se podiam acrescentar à mão), a soma das quantias recebidas, data, assinatura do tesoureiro e visto do escrivão. Entre Julho de 1923 e Abril de 1924, as guias serviram para o assento de entregas de roupa e paramentos para lavar ou arranjar.
